NEW! Equinox Bloom by Penhaligon's

Saturday, 13 February 2016

Described as 'Afternoon tea and a bouquet of the first Spring flowers' Equinox Bloom is Penahligon's stunning new fragrance launched at the most perfect time of year to uplift us and give us a sweet little boost as we approach my favourite time of year, Spring!

Feminine, Sweet, moorish and simply stunning is how I'd describe this new addictive scent - I don't think I've been quite this excited about a fragrance launch for quite some time.

Created by Master Perfumer Olivier Cresp, Equinox Bloom smells so good you could almost drink- it expresses the delights of a traditional afternoon tea with the freshness of a bouquet of flowers and I really don't think there could be a better combination, two amazing things bottled!
"During one of my recent visits to London, I enjoyed an incredible brunch in a smart, refined place, where the magnificent atmosphere of the rooms, furnished with opulent floral compositions, ensnared my senses almost at once. While admiring the floral scenery, my brunch included delightful toasts topped with honey and marmalade and these gourmand facets inspired me to bring to Equinox Bloom a trendy, modern inflexion to the generous floral bouquet. To me, this luxurious and abundant refinement reflects Penhaligon´s generosity in fragrances in a perfect way." – Olivier Cresp, Perfumer.

With notes of Chantilly, Frangipani, Brown Sugar and blended with violet leaves, orange blossom absolute and jasmine sambac, rounded with the deep, oriental richness of Benzoin Siam and Ambrox Equinox Bloom really is a cocktail of gorgeousness.

I attended the STUNNING press launch at By Appointment Only Design on Chiltern Street in Marylebone and I've never seen anything more beautiful, every inch of the room was filled with blooms! Perfect setting and delicious afternoon tea, I especially loved the gin and rose infused drinks too- perfect to celebrate the launch of this hero fragrance!

  1. Hi, your blog is simply beautiful!

I was wondering if you could do a follow up post on the mark glenn hair extensions? I am wondering how long it lasted and if you noticed any hair loss? Or maybe you could compare various methods you tried? I think a post like that would be very helpful to so many women out there! :)

    Thank you
