I couldn't enter a new season without having new scents to take me through, as you will know I always choose new fragrances to mark each and every new season as for me scents stand for so much more than just nice smells.
The scents of my seasons will forever take me back to that particular time in an instant of smelling it...even years later, I have perfumes in my ever-growing collection that bring back sad, angry, happy, joyful memories and I love that more than anything as I always associate certain smells with certain stages and times in my life. Its truly magical- I just hope my smell sense remains strong as I get older so I'll be able to smell back every stage of my life, almost like a scent album of memories!
The two scents I'm adoring at the moment are both totally different and contrast eachother hugely, I think that's why I love them both so much in completely different ways.

Wisteria & Violet by Jo Malone
This refreshing and uplifting fragrance is part of the London Rain Collection and although it's not the season we expect or want rain I actually love the fact that amongst the hot summer days this fragrance will offer a dash of hydration and airy infusion, making it the most perfect daytime scent, so light and fresh but with the depth of almost a wet-petal lasting scent of violet and water lily just enough depth to remind me of my summer happiness.
