Parisian beauty essentials

Monday, 30 January 2012

I'm currently at the station waiting to board the Eurostar train on my way home from a wonderful weekend away in Paris, and wanted to share my weekend beauty essentails plus a few beauty related French finds whilst they're fresh in my mind!

Okay first things first, here are a few of the basic products I couldn't have left home without...

- Johnson's makeup remover wipes- thsese remove every single bit of makeup with ease, even waterproof mascara and leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh

- John Freda Sheer Blonde shampoo and conditioner minitures- great products and perfect size for travelling.

- Clinique cleansing soap wash, this is my absoloute top rated facial wash at the moment and I was over the moon when I discovered it also comes in a travel sized tube! As I hate having to take my full sized bottles away with me, they just take up too much valuable shoe space in my suitcase!

- Soap and Glory Hand Food- same amazing hand cream but cuter in size.

- Elnet hairspray- as you may have read in previous posts this is, in my eyes THE only haispray to use and so packing the smaler sized bottle is a must when going to Paris for the weekend when my hair needs to be kept in perfect place.

- Model Mirror- I've most definitely saved the best til last!- This amazing invention is worth a very special mention as it is truely amazing! Not only is it light weight, travel sized and coated in a non-slip rubber making it easy to hold whilst applying or touching up makeup..its PINK, has a pretty bow on the front PLUS it's embedded with eight LED lights on the inside (made to look light a backstage makeup mirror!). It's so so useful when travelling as you just never know what the mirror will be like in hotels!

Au revoir! x
